5.94ct opal rough piece

A small piece of 5.94ct opal rough which will face green/orange. There are shallow sand inclusions on this piece of rough but there is still ample colour to cut a calibrated 1.00ct stone from it or a larger free form stone. As this piece of rough is rotated I can see a bright green/ orange colour coming through. This rough has a thin grey potch back on it. It is more low grade Grawin seam opal and was mined from the 34 feet level but will still cut a nice little opal from it. A cheap piece for the learner cutter.
