55.20ct black opal rough which will cut a large stone.55.20ct black opal rough This piece of 55.20ct opal rough looks like it will cut a fairly large flat stone. The potch looks grey from the outside but one side has some fairly bright green/orange. This tells me the centre of this piece could have black potch in it. Three sides of this piece the colour bar is flat and quite even. There is some red on one end of the piece but it doesn’t appear to make any thing. This piece does have some risk but I think it will rub into a good-sized pendant stone. There is a chance of finding a 20ct stone here.

This is a second colour bar forming under the good bar on the top. The bar in this piece is not twisted in any way. A good straight bar.
