Here is a quite large 79.76ct rough piece. The colours of it are a green multi colour. It has a thin grey potch bar underlying the very thick clean colour bar. This piece, as you can see is very safe cutting. There is no doubt that it will cut a quite large quality pendant stone . This piece weighs 80ct as it is. There are no cracks or imperfections to degrade this piece. I believe when it is finished it will yield at least a 50ct quality opal. At this price the finished stone will be a $60/ct stone. This is cheap quality opal. The outside has been rubbed around to expose the colour.
